It’s a beautiful day today! But with all the unfinished obstacles you have on your brain, you’re hardly able to see the beauty around you. The goals you had set for the month of January didn’t really go as planned, did it? We know because we’ve been there, done that, before. (Who came up with goals anyway?) We see that you’re letting the pressure get to you. You’ve been very moody, works been frustrating, and when you get home all you want to do is eat snacks, drink wine, and sleep. As we close out this month, let’s leave the pressure of January’s unaccomplished goals behind. Remember the best days are yet to come and we have something better in store for February’s agenda. Let’s work towards our new goal and that’s simply just to be happy! “Don’t think too much, just do what makes you happy!”
Day 1. Write
Write down all the things you enjoy doing or that makes you happy.
Day 2. Socialize
Bring good energies your way, hang with the unusual.
Day 3. Do yoga over peaceful music
This can release some tension you still need to let go off from the month before so breath in and let all that BS from last month go. Bye, Bye!
Day 4. Go outside
Find time to go outside either for a hike, a walk around your neighborhood or simply enjoy your time laying down by your nearest lake or on the grass at the park.
Day 5. Cycling class
Nothing feels better then you knowing, you out beat the forces against you. With cycling class, not only do you get the satisfaction but you burn a couple of pounds.
Day 6. Dance
It’s time to turn those slow jams off and just jam out! Let’s go, loosen up, right in your room or how about during your clean up time, cooking or simply because you just love to dance.
Day 7. Go out with friends
It’s always good to plan a girls night. There’s nothing more comforting than being around a group of friends, drinks, and positive vibes.
Day 8. Read a book
Expand your imagination and get lost in a good old book.
Day 9. Paint
There’s nothing better than to see your vision right in front of you. Let your mind roam and see where your brain is at. Let the paint and brush express your inner thoughts.
Day 10. Detox
There are a lot of home detox remedies or teas you can explore. Flush your body of all the bad toxic waste and feel light and revamped.
Day 11. Take a Bath
Light those candles, enjoy a glass of wine and wine down in a nice bubble bath.
Day 12. Watch a Ted Talk or a Motivational speaker
Day 13. Stop procrastinating
Motivate yourself and just get the job done. Trust us, you can do it! (cross that, ill get back to it, when the time is right, off your list ) and just feel good about yourself.
Day 14. Treat Yourself
We know it’s Valentine’s day, but if you’re single how about treating yourself. It can be a day at the spa, to the mall for those pair of shoes that were on your mind or even out to a good lunch.
Day 15. Grooming
It’s a must to remain looking and feeling good, how about you get your nails done, make a hair appointment and call the European wax center and tell them you’ll be there around 4:30 pm.
Day 16. Juice
Take the day to challenge yourself and only have healthy juices and water, all day.
Day 17. Visit a new place
Exploring can definitely open up a side of you, you never knew was there.
Day 18. Try new foods
Find a restaurant you’ve never eaten at before, or go to the grocery store and try a new snack or drink you never had. It may just turn out to be one of your favorite foods this year.
Day 19. Call it an early night
Relax in and reserve your energy!
Day 20. Facials
Cleanse your skin, you can go to a spa and get a facial or try some fun home remedies.
Day 21. Cook a home cooked meal
What’s better than moms classic recipe?
Day 22. Call a family member you haven’t spoken to in a while or even an old friend
A good I miss you, cannot only brighten up your day but, also someone else’s.
Day 23. Learn a new skill
This surely is another way to take yourself out of your comfort zone. It’s worth a try! How about logging on youtube and learn a new language, or even how to code, and use photoshop?
Day 24. Send inspiring text to friends and family
It’s always good to spread the love!
Day 25. Go Hiking
Enjoy nature at its best. Listen to the sounds and the signs of the universe.
Day 26.Alone time
Choose your option, you can either go out or stay in; all we ask is just enjoy your alone time. Yes, that means No texting, No phone calls or No selfies all day, if you can. We dare you!
Day 27. Help someone in need
Random acts of kindness should always be on your to-do list, but if it’s not, dedicate this day towards volunteering or helping out someone in need. It will uplift your energy and also the people or person you choose to help.
Day 28. Give Gratitude
Write everything you are thankful for, today, this month and life in general.
