What is your shipping policy?

Free 3-5 day standard shipping on all U.S. orders $65 or more. $8 for standard 3-5 day shipping. $15 for 2-3 day expedited shipping. $25 for overnight rush shipping. Standard carrier rates for all International orders.

Orders placed by 2PM PST time are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM PST are processed and shipped the next business day.

What is your return policy?

Free returns on all U.S. orders returned within 30 days from purchase. Items marked as “final sale” and promotions or discounts run under "final sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No returns accepted after 30 days from purchase date. 

All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition with the original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant or wear of any kind. Bodysuits, swimwear and undergarments are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All returns will be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Refunds will post to the corresponding bank within 2-5 business days of the refund being processed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within five days of delivery by emailing damages@fabsta.com. Items not reported within five days are not eligible for a refund.

Can I edit or cancel an order after it's been placed?

All orders begin the process of distribution promptly after being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel, edit or reroute an order. If we are unable to edit, stop or reroute an order in time, please contact us after the order has arrived to process a return shipment.

How long will it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed on your original form of payment, within 2 - 3 business days from receipt of your return shipment. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for refunds to appear on your original form of payment.
